This is perfect for couples who have already had a wedding ceremony or  are planning one at another location   (such as a church) where full wedding coordination services aren't needed.  We take care of the Reception set up, vendor collaboration and event management so you just show up

and enjoy the party!

Pre-Wedding Planning

  • An Initial Planning Meeting ~ in-depth discussion about your wedding style & ideas, timeline logistics and prioritize any outstanding vendor needs

  • Manage your personal online “Wedding Concierge” ~ this will be your one stop shop for safe keeping of all your wedding day details!

  • A customized Vendor Referral List tailored to your specific needs

  • Scheduled phone or video check-in appointments to discuss wedding day details

  • A pre-wedding walk-through at the wedding venue{s}

  • Collaboration on the design and layout of the ceremony and reception spaces

  • Wedding aesthetic design and style guidance for customized stationery items

  • Vendor outreach to verify contracted services and arrival/departure times on the wedding day

  • Creation and distribution of a comprehensive and detailed Wedding Day Timeline

  • Coordination of a one-hour Wedding Rehearsal  {as needed}

Wedding Day Coordination

  • One Lead Planner and two Wedding Assistants

  • Management and execution of the schedule for up to 10 hours on the wedding day

  • Venue set-up collaboration and management

  • Coordination of the Wedding Ceremony

  • Organize special entrances for the Reception 

  • Coordination with the vendor team throughout the wedding regarding announcements and scheduled events

  • Close collaboration with the catering staff to ensure service timelines are smooth and timely

  • Secure personal décor items, gifts/cards and other items to a designated location at the end of the event

  • Identify and remedy any problems or emergencies that may arise during the event

  • Ensure that space meets the satisfaction of the venue after guests and vendors have departed
